                   Video Presentation by Appalachian LCC GIS Specialist Paul Leonard that describes the vision and functionality of the AppLCC web portal in regards to sharing and visualizing data.
                
            
            
        
                             
                             Paul Leonard is a GIS/Data Management and Conservation Planning STEP (Student Temporary Employment Program) employee working for the Appalachian LCC. He is currently a PhD student in wildlife and fisheries biology at Clemson University. During his master's degree program, Paul developed methods to detect small, isolated wetlands using high-resolution LiDAR data in managed forests.
